Dr Muhammad Afzal

Dr. Muhammad Afzal did his Medical Degree in Pakistan in 2000. He completed his training as a family physician in England in 2012 and moved to Canada in the summer of 2014. He has vast experience of working as a family and emergency room physician. He is currently working as a Pain Specialist. His practice is focused on providing holistic and comprehensive care to people suffering from chronic pain, particularly of the spine and joints. This encompasses medical and intervention management like joint and spine injections as well Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy. His main interest is in Regeneration Medicine and is ready to provide care to people undergoing pain from various musculoskeletal disorders and injuries including sports injuries. Dr. Muhammad Afzal is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners of the UK (MRCGP) & the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). He has also Credentialed member and has been awarded an Advanced Diploma in Pain Management (Intervention Pain Management) by The Canadian Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Afzal is also a member of the Canadian Academy of Sports & Exercise Medicine.
